São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. (“São Carlos” or “Company”; B3: SCAR3) announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that it has raised R$150,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifty million reais), through the private placement of a securitization transaction of real estate receivables backed by real estate loans from debentures (“Transaction”), pursuant to CVM Instruction 476/2009.
The Transaction matures on May 15, 2026 with interest equivalent to 102% of CDI rate. The issuance, has a semi-annual interest payment and annual amortization beginning on May 15, 2024. The Transaction is guaranteed by the property of Centro Administrativo Santo Amaro – CASA.
