NOTICE TO THE MARKET
SALE OF THE TOTALITY OF SÃO CARLOS’ STAKE AT MYKONOS BUILDING
São Paulo, Brazil – Maio 29, 2017 – São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. (“São Carlos” and BM&FBOVESPA: SCAR3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, Top Center Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda., a subsidiary of São Carlos, entered into a Deed of Purchase and Sale for the sale of its stake (approximately 57%) in the Mykonos building for R$ 41.3 million, above its appraised value. The proceeds were fully received on this date.
Mykonos is a class A office building located on Rua Gomes de Carvalho, 1.356, Vila Olímpia in the city and state of São Paulo. The area sold is equivalent to 4,859 sq.m. of gross leasable area (“GLA”), distributed in 17 units.
The portfolio of São Carlos and its subsidiaries is now consisted of 83 properties, totaling 419,367 sq.m. of own GLA, with an estimated market value of R$ 4.3 billion.
