In the convenience center segment, the company’s differential lies in the development and operation of properties aimed exclusively at this segment. Always in high traffic locations, the company’s convenience centers are strong generators of recurring sales for retailers.
São Carlos ended September 2020 with a portfolio of 77 properties valued at R $ 4.9 billion, recurring annualized revenue with rentals estimated at R$ 285.2 million and recurring EBITDA margin of 78.4% of net revenues.
