The Morumbi Office Tower was one of the first developments that defined the commercial success of Berrini Avenue region as an office and service hub in São Paulo. When it was built in 1993, it was a landmark in the region, for its characteristics of an intelligent building and for the refinement of its architectural and landscape design, signed by Burle Marx.
