EZ Towers – Tower A is an architectural landmark in the city of São Paulo. An imposing project that brings to the city all the grandeur of the renowned Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott, known worldwide for his project for the Bastille Opera in Paris and several other emblematic projects around the world.
The building was designed to combine modernity with sustainability, two of the main characteristics of the projects created by Carlos Ott. As a result of its design and the implementation of best practices in managing its operation, EZ Towers – Tower A became the first corporate building in Latin America to obtain LEED® O + M certification in the PLATINUM category, in addition to the LEED certificate ® Core & Shell GOLD, obtained previously.
The EZ Towers – Tower A is, therefore, an icon in sustainability, thanks to the intelligent use of technologies during its design, construction and operation, and thanks to the implementation of management processes, which aim at efficiency in the consumption of energy and water.
Located on the main development axis of São Paulo, with easy access to public transport and surrounded by a growing road infrastructure, EZ Towers – Tower A offers its occupants a privileged address and the convenience of proximity to an extensive range of services, which includes hotels, shopping centers and restaurants.
