Candelária 62 became a reference in the revitalization of downtown Rio de Janeiro. In the retrofit project, the best sustainable practices were adopted, combining criteria for the preservation of the architectural and stylistic characteristics of historical heritage with the sustainable contemporary concepts. The investments applied to Rio de Janeiro port, Porto Maravilha neighborhood, with new access and urban structure, provide ideal conditions for a successful corporate address.

The retrofit of Candelária 62 updated all building systems and won the Qualiverde seal, an important certificate that assesses actions related to water management, energy efficiency, thermal performance and design.

Next to the Candelária Church, the building is close to Santos Dumont Airport, the Museum of Tomorrow and has easy access to the Rio-Niterói bridge. The region is served by several bus lines, close to the Uruguaiana subway station and the tramway Candelária station.
